With a team of trusted local contractors we assisted in the full renovation and upgrading of the property a period Lake District vernacular country house, 5 Bedrooms each with En Suite Bathrooms, large Kitchen re fit creation of Separate Apartment, External Landscaping New Garage Studio etc.

assisting in full internal/external refurbishment with team of trusted local contractors a period vernacular cottage dating from 17th Century with many period features concealed in the 1960/70's last renovation, re instated as part of the works including bead oven period fireplaces, staircase etc.

We are currently involved with working with a local architect and Clients on the renovation of a large stone built Town House in Kendal which work involves preparation of work schedules obtaining and reviewing quotations and ultimately monitoring works in progress. This project will be particularly interesting as our Clients are very interested in achieving the upgrade of the property using traditional period materials to retain the property with its original architectural features but incorporating modern facilities while minimising the "carbon footprint" of the house when completed with it required to function as a family home.
 
This will include integrated heating systems matching boiler to solar panels underfloor heating etc modern "smart wiring" to ensure maximum economic control of the house systems etc, a new era and one with which we are keen to keep abreast of the constantly updating and improving systems and methods.

We are assisting Loss Adjusters and their Insurance Company Clients in the restoration of properties in Ambleside flooded in the major local floods in late November 2009 liasing with the residents to expedite appropriate repairs and restoration works to return the properties to satisfactory standard for occupation and ensure works carried out are to an appropriate standard and timetable.
